【健康小知識】夏日炎炎話防曬:如何選擇防曬霜?

 

夏天到了,大家會參加很多戶外活動。不管是與朋友一起暑假出遊,還是獨自一人在太陽下匆匆趕路,一不小心皮膚就被曬黑了。這時候防曬霜是必不可少的,針對不同的情況我們需要選擇適合自己的防曬霜。

首先,我們要了解防曬霜上的 SPF 值代表的意思。SPF 是指防曬系數,是防曬用品所能發揮的防曬效能的高低值。防曬系數主要測試產品防護 UVB 的能力,也就是防止皮膚曬紅曬傷的能力。UVB 是指陽光中低 320 納米的紫外線。由於它的波長短,能量高,可以造成皮膚的曬傷、紅斑甚至水泡。

一般來說,我們中國人的皮膚在日光直射下產生紅斑的時間大約是 15 分鐘,當我們使用 SPF20 的防曬品時,表示可延長 20 倍的時間,也就是在大約 300 分鐘後皮膚才會被曬紅。SPF 值為 10,比較適合冬日陽光,春秋早晚陽光和陰雨天;SPF20 適合夏日早晚和中等強度陽光;SPF30 適合戶外工作、旅遊、夏日強烈陽光。

防曬霜含活性和非活性兩種成分,活性成分保護皮膚免受紫外線傷害,非活性成分則主要是水和油等等。根據有效成分可將市面上的大部分防曬產品劃分為化學防曬霜和物理防曬霜。當然,也有一些產品同時包含兩類成分。

常見的物理防曬霜有效成分是二氧化鈦和氧化鋅。物理防曬通俗點說就是在皮膚表面砌一道墻,阻擋和反射太陽光。化學防曬則相當於在皮膚表面放塊海綿,通過化學防曬劑吸收掉太陽光中的紫外線而達到防曬效果。

一般來說,化學防曬霜的質地比較柔順細膩,物理防曬霜的質地比較幹爽,使用後皮膚會出現少量的白色殘留物。與朋友一起購物逛街,光鮮靚麗的妝容比較重要,可選用化學防曬霜;大家一切去海灘或郊遊,防曬防黑比較重要,可選用物理防曬霜。皮膚敏感的朋友,請謹慎使用化學防曬產品。

大家也要根據自己的皮膚情況選擇防曬霜,油性皮膚應盡量選擇乳狀或水狀的防曬霜。幹性皮膚大多是敏感型,應盡量選擇溫和滋潤不刺激 的防曬霜,盡量不含或少含酒精成分,如補水清爽的凝露狀或水狀的防曬霜。

噴霧型防曬霜又叫防曬噴霧,大都為水劑配方,清爽不油膩是它同防曬霜的最主要的區別,很適合油性皮膚的人使用。防曬效果的話個人覺得傳統防曬霜會比較好一些。噴霧型防曬霜可以在海邊或者野遊時候可以由本人可以直接噴在肌膚表面,特別是背部,而不需要別人的幫忙。化妝之後如果如要補塗,噴霧型防曬霜更加適合。

 

喜樂 Joy

喜樂的心乃是良藥;憂傷的靈使骨枯乾。箴言 17:22

饒恕 Forgiveness

主啊,你本為良善,樂意饒恕人,有豐盛的慈愛賜給凡求告你的人。詩篇 86:5
You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you. Psalm 86:5

你不要說:“我要以惡報惡”;要等候耶和華,他必拯救你。箴言 20:22
Do not say, “I’ll pay you back for this wrong!” Wait for the LORD, and he will avenge you. Proverbs 6:14

你們饒恕人的過犯,你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯;馬太福音 6:14

謙卑 Humility

敬畏耶和華是智慧的訓誨;尊榮以前,必有謙卑。箴言 15:33
Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the LORD, and humility comes before honor. Proverbs 15:33

敬畏耶和華心存謙卑,就得富有、尊榮、生命為賞賜。箴言 22:4
Humility is the fear of the LORD; its wages are riches and honor and life. Proverbs 22:4

凡事不可結黨,不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀;只要存心謙卑,各人看別人比自己強。腓立比書 2:3
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. Philippians 2:3

驕傲 Pride

溫柔 Meekness

回答柔和,使怒消退;言語暴戾,觸動怒氣。箴言 15:1

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5

生氣 Anger

當止住怒氣,離棄忿怒;不要心懷不平,以致作惡。詩篇 37:8

好生氣的人,不可與他結交;暴怒的人,不可與他來往。箴言 22:24

災難 Calamity

憂愁 Worry

你們不要憂愁、因靠耶和華而得的喜樂是你們的力量。尼希米記 8:10
Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10

主雖使人憂愁, 還要照他諸般的慈愛發憐憫。耶利米哀歌 3:32
Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love. Lamentations 3:32

患難 Trouble, Suffering

義人多有苦難,但耶和華救他脫離這一切。詩篇 34:19
The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all. Psalm 34:19

神是我們的避難所,是我們的力量,是我們在患難中隨時的幫助!詩篇 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

耶和華本為善,在患難的日子為人的保障,並且認得那些投靠他的人。那鴻書 1:7
The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7

為義受逼迫的人有福了,因為天國是他們的。馬太福音 5:10
